Set the date & book your Celebrant;  3 - 4.00 p.m. ceremonies are extremely popular so booking as far ahead as possible will help ensure your choice of Celebrant & Venue

Decide on a theme – is it to be formal or casual; is it to be black tie or Balinese casual? Is it to be fancy dress?

Pick a location and then pick the time. Will the location take advantage of a sunrise or sunset? Will it be inside or outside? Will it be hot, or will it be cold? Take into account the accessibility for any elderly or infirm guests. Is it safe for little ones?

Book the venue early to avoid disappointment!

Create a budget and stick to it

Create an invitation list and revise it prior to issuing invitations

Send invitations allowing guests plenty of time to R.S.V.P.

Source any certificates that maybe required for the Celebrant interview

Complete and lodge any legal documents required

If marrying, choose wedding rings, cake, invitations, florist, car hire and gift register

Choose and book a Photographer, DJ, Master of Ceremonies

Book your Hairdresser and Make-up Artist...

Decide on ceremony attire, and make appointments for suit hire and dress design

Compile a confirmed guest list and confirm these numbers to your suppliers

If a honeymoon is anticipated, make reservations for travel and accommodation

Meet with your Celebrant to finalise and confirm your ceremony
